Windhager named “Innovation Winner 2022”
Windhager is among the most innovative companies in Austria: This was revealed in a large-scale study conducted by the daily newspaper Kurier and the Institute for Management and Economic Research (IMWF), which analysed a number of large companies. In the “Building Technology” category, Windhager was presented with the “Innovation Winner 2022” award.
Windhager has already received numerous awards in the past for its sustainable, high-quality and innovative heating solutions. The entire company has now emerged from the study “Austria’s Most Innovative Companies 2022” as the “Innovation Winner 2022” in the “Building Technology” category.
The “Institute for Management and Economic Research” (IMWF) reviewed 1,650 of the largest Austrian production, service and trading companies.
AI-supported text analysis was used to analyse statements about the companies from news media, social media, trade media, blogs and other sources. The specific research activities of each company and their entries in public research funding databases were also reviewed.
Continuous new and further development of innovative heating solutions is in Windhager’s DNA. The research and development team also works with external partners and institutes to this end.
