Austria Quality Seal for Windhager

Austria Quality Seal with top marks for Windhager

The Salzburg heating specialist was recently certified with the Austria Quality Seal. This allows Windhager to demonstrate once again its extraordinarily high level of performance and quality in all areas of the company.

For 100 years, the name Windhager has stood for high-quality heating solutions Made in Austria. That means that compliance with the highest quality standards in every area – from development and production to sales – is especially important to the company. Ongoing strict controls ensure that these standards are not only maintained but also continuously optimised. Regular critical audits by external institutions are also important to the company in particular. After renewing its ISO 9001 certification last year, Windhager recently had itself certified by Quality Austria with the quality seal for Austrian model companies.

Outstanding in production and service

As part of the certification process, the company's performance in all areas was put through its paces. Among other things, the external auditor took a close look at the entire organisation, process and quality management including guarantees, and eco-friendliness. Windhager met all the required criteria at the first attempt and with top marks. The auditor praised the areas of production, service and customer service in particular. "We are very proud of this new award," boasts Windhager Managing Director Roman Seitweger, "It proves that we are on the right track with our commitment to high quality Made in Austria". "The seal is also a valuable recognition for all employees who strive every day to ensure and further develop our high quality standard”, affirms Windhager Managing Director Stefan Gubi. "It gives many customers one more great reason to choose a heating solution from Windhager".
