BioWIN2 DELUXE 38-63 kW Cascade
Strong performance with pellets
The BioWIN2 DELUXE 38-63 kW can be connected in two-, three-, or four-unit cascades, covering a heat demand of up to 250 kW. Additionally, a peak-load or backup boiler can be added, for example one powered by gas.
The cascade control system developed specifically by Windhager continuously determines how many and which boilers need to be in operation to meet the required heat output. It also ensures balanced system usage by monitoring operating times. Thanks to its wide modulation range, the BioWIN2 DELUXE 38-63 kW cascade operates highly efficiently even at lower output levels.
Safe heating
Compared to a single large boiler system, the cascade offers enhanced safety: if one unit fails, the others continue heating as normal. Maintenance work can also be carried out without interrupting heating operations.
Space-saving and flexible
Even in tight spaces, the BioWIN2 DELUXE 38-63 kW cascade can be easily installed thanks to its special intermediate frame.
For example, a two-unit cascade requires only 6.8 square meters of space. The boilers can be placed as close as twelve centimeters apart. With the optional three- or eight-suction probe system per boiler, the cascade is also flexible in terms of pellet storage.
